Define the report the buyer purchased
A service product should identify the scope, required inputs, output format, and preparation expectations. The delivery team needs those details to distinguish a complete report from a draft or an unrelated analysis. Payment creates a work request; it does not establish that the report exists.
Give the project an internal reference tied to the order. Use that reference in the production record and final filename, while keeping unnecessary personal information out of visible labels.
A fictional audit handoff
DEMO-491 purchases a review of a fictional shop’s checkout wording. The analyst produces a six-page PDF with findings, examples, and recommended next actions. A reviewer checks that the export covers the purchased scope and contains no notes from another project. Only then does the delivery operator select the file for the order.
This example demonstrates the handoff; it does not claim a real customer result or that QuickAttach produces audits.
A report-release checklist
| Check | Pass condition |
|---|---|
| Project identity | Internal reference matches the order and item. |
| Scope | The report covers the purchased service. |
| Completeness | All pages, tables, and required appendices appear. |
| Customer copy | Internal comments and unrelated material are removed. |
| Revision | The approved version is visible inside the document. |
| Delivery | The intended recipient and access route are checked. |
Choose the handoff format
A single report can be an uploaded PDF. A larger package may be an archive or an approved external destination, depending on the service and tested access requirements. QuickAttach support specifies uploads under 100 MB; do not reduce a report so aggressively that figures become unreadable merely to fit.
QuickAttach documents different files or links per order item. Use that association to preserve purchase context. If one report is ready and another is still being prepared, explain the partial delivery clearly rather than implying the complete engagement is finished.
Make the message useful
Tell the buyer what the report covers, which file to open first, and how to raise a delivery issue. Keep professional conclusions inside the approved report instead of exposing them in an email subject. Record the delivered version and access conditions so support can recover the right copy later. A download event is helpful operational evidence, not proof that the buyer understood or accepted the findings.
