Deliver an SEO Audit PDF to the Correct Shopify Customer

Match the audit’s reviewed domain and agreed scope to the purchased order before sending the PDF. A correct customer name is not enough when one buyer commissions reviews of several sites.

Record the target precisely

A domain, subdomain, staging site, and language section can represent different audit targets. Keep the authorized target in the production brief and final report cover. Do not silently expand the scope because a redirect leads elsewhere or because the buyer owns several related sites.

This guide covers delivery of a completed audit, not how to conduct SEO analysis. The analyst’s methods and conclusions should be reviewed through the service’s own quality process.

A synthetic order-to-domain map

DEMO-492 / journaljournal.exampleEditorial section review492-journal-R1.pdf

The reserved example domains are placeholders. The two reports belong to different purchased items even though they share an order. A delivery operator should not have to infer the target from a filename such as audit-final.pdf.

Check the export rather than the working document

  1. Verify target and scope on the cover and summary.
  2. Check the analysis snapshot date and revision label.
  3. Inspect page breaks, clipped tables, and screenshot legibility.
  4. Remove credentials, private analytics exports, and unrelated client references.
  5. Confirm that any linked evidence is authorized for the recipient.
  6. Open the final PDF from the same source that will be delivered.

A reference to a private analyst dashboard is not automatically a customer-accessible appendix. Either include an approved sanitized export or explain what the buyer can actually open.

Deliver with enough context to recognize it

QuickAttach’s workflow supports attaching a prepared file or link to an order item. It does not create the audit or validate the target. Keep those checks upstream of the send action.

A concise message might say: “Your review of shop.example is ready. This report reflects the agreed storefront scope and the snapshot date shown on its cover. Start with the summary, then review the issue table.” This is a fictional template, not a promise of improved rankings.

If the buyer requests a later update, retain the original order context and label the new snapshot clearly. Do not silently overwrite the meaning of an earlier report by presenting newer observations under the same undated title.
