Terms for using QuickAttach with your Shopify store.
QuickAttach helps merchants attach order-specific files or secure links to Shopify orders and deliver them to customers. These terms describe expected use, merchant responsibilities, billing, and service limits.
Acceptable use
- Use QuickAttach only for content you have the right to upload, link to, and deliver.
- Do not upload malware, executable code, unlawful material, or infringing content.
- Do not use the app as a public file library or open file-sharing service.
Service scope
QuickAttach supports order-specific delivery inside Shopify. It is not a permanent archive, legal records system, digital rights management platform, or backup service for your business files.
Billing
Billing is handled through Shopify. The standard plan is US$19.80 per month after the 7-day free trial, unless changed in the approved Shopify billing flow.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of the file, link, customer, and order before delivery. QuickAttach helps connect the file to the Shopify order, but it does not verify the content of merchant-created documents.
You should keep your own source files and business records where required. QuickAttach is built for delivery access, not for replacing your internal archive.
Customer delivery
QuickAttach may send branded delivery emails and display delivered files or links on supported customer order-status pages. Delivery behavior depends on app setup, Shopify configuration, email deliverability, and any external link permissions controlled by the merchant.
If a merchant uses Google Drive, Dropbox, or another external URL, the merchant remains responsible for making sure the customer can access that URL.
Availability and support
We aim to keep QuickAttach reliable and easy to use, but no software service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned or emergency maintenance may affect access from time to time.
Support requests should include the Shopify store domain, order number, and a clear description of the issue. Email info@titlefinder.com.au. Do not send passwords, private keys, or unrelated customer data.
