From Shopify order to customer download.
Open QuickAttach from a Shopify order, attach a file or secure link to each item, send the branded email, and keep the delivery record on the order.
1. Open the order
Launch QuickAttach from the Shopify order workflow so staff do not re-enter customer or order details.
2. Attach the deliverable
Upload a supported file or paste a secure external link for the exact line item that needs it.
3. Send and fulfill
Send one ready item, send all documents, and choose whether to mark the Shopify order fulfilled.
4. Customer downloads
The customer receives a branded email and can return to the supported order-status page for delivered files.
