Privacy for Shopify order-specific file delivery.
QuickAttach uses the Shopify, customer, order, file, link, and delivery information needed to attach the correct custom deliverable to the correct order and send it to the customer.
Information we process
- Shopify store identifiers and app installation details.
- Order identifiers, fulfillment status, and purchased line items.
- Customer name and email address when needed for delivery.
- Merchant-uploaded files or merchant-provided external links.
- Delivery activity, download availability, and support context.
How we use it
We use this information to show the right order context, attach files or links to order items, send branded delivery emails, display available downloads, protect access, troubleshoot support requests, and maintain the app.
What we do not do
- We do not sell customer personal data.
- We do not use customer order data for advertising profiles.
- We do not ask merchants to send passwords or private Shopify credentials.
Waitlist information
Before the public Shopify launch, we may collect your name, work email, Shopify store URL, type of deliverable, and a short description of your current workflow. We use this information to manage launch updates, assess product fit, and invite suitable merchants to early access.
You can ask us to update or remove your waitlist information at any time by emailing info@titlefinder.com.au.
Files and links
Files uploaded through QuickAttach are used for private delivery to the customer connected to the Shopify order. External links remain controlled by the merchant's sharing settings in services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or other document systems.
Merchants are responsible for confirming they have the right to upload, share, and deliver the files or links they attach to orders.
Shopify privacy requests
Shopify apps are expected to respond to customer, shop, and data-erasure privacy workflows. QuickAttach should be configured to handle those requests according to the final live app implementation and Shopify's app requirements.
If you have a privacy request, contact support with the Shopify store domain and the relevant order context so the request can be reviewed.
