Separate purchaser and recipient
A corporate gift order may be paid by one coordinator while containing personalized outputs for several people. Confirm who is authorized to receive the files and whether the coordinator may distribute the complete set. Do not expose all recipients' personalized material merely because it is convenient for fulfillment.
QuickAttach documents customer-specific files or links per order item. Its public scope does not establish arbitrary multi-recipient delivery or one attachment per unit of quantity. Validate the actual order structure before selling a workflow that depends on those capabilities.
Fictional authorization map
Demo order 5184 contains three celebratory digital illustrations for a fictional company. No real employee names or email addresses are used.
| Output | Authorized recipient route | Delivery plan |
|---|---|---|
| Gift A | Corporate coordinator approved to receive | Included in coordinator package |
| Gift B | Corporate coordinator approved to receive | Included in coordinator package |
| Gift C | Individual-only route required | Separate verified process required before release |
The third row cannot be solved by assuming a hidden app feature. Establish an appropriate separate delivery arrangement and commercial record, or adjust the agreed scope before proceeding.
Prepare a coordinator package carefully
Where authorized, give the coordinator a manifest mapping neutral recipient codes to the purchased outputs. Include only the information needed for distribution. Keep internal employee data and unrelated files out of the package, and verify that each personalized asset matches its code.
The delivery message should explain whether the coordinator is expected to distribute the files and which outputs are included. Avoid telling the purchaser that every individual has been notified when only the purchaser received a message.
Pre-sale and pre-send checklist
- Purchaser and authorized recipients identified through the business process.
- One-to-many delivery requirement explicitly resolved.
- Order-item and quantity behavior tested with fictional data.
- Package contents match the agreed recipient map.
- Any individual-only files use a separately verified route.
Use the QuickAttach workflow for the supported order delivery portion. The recipient map is a planning artifact, not an app distribution feature or a substitute for authorization to share personalized material.
