Start from the promised image set
Confirm the number of final images, formats, resolution variants, and any included usage document. A photography project folder may contain many more files than the buyer purchased. Exclude raw files, alternate edits, and unrelated images unless they are explicitly included and approved.
Do not assume a ZIP will dramatically reduce the size of already-compressed images. Measure the finished archive rather than estimating from its source folder.

A package acceptance checklist
- Count final images and compare with the purchased scope.
- Check numbering, duplicates, and missing files.
- Inspect the approved exports and any metadata concerns.
- Build the archive from a clean release folder.
- Download a fresh copy through the planned customer route.
- Extract it and compare every expected entry with the manifest.
- Open the delivered files in the promised environment.
A successful ZIP download proves transfer, not extraction or image quality. Include those later checks before release.
Handle oversized sets deliberately
QuickAttach support specifies uploads under 100 MB. If the package is larger, use an approved external destination or agree a different export arrangement with the buyer. Do not silently reduce resolution below the purchased requirement.
QuickAttach supports an external link per order item. The hosting provider still controls access and availability. Test as a permitted non-owner, and confirm the destination contains only the intended package.
Tell the buyer how to unpack it
State that the download is a ZIP, how many final images it contains, and that it should be extracted before use. Name the read-me as the starting point. If the buyer reports a problem, ask whether downloading, extraction, or opening an image failed. That distinction helps support solve the actual issue without repeatedly sending the same archive.
Deliver the right file with the right order
