Prepare the first delivery fixture
Create a simple document saying “DEMO — no customer data” and include a fictional order reference inside it. Use a controlled test recipient and a store testing process appropriate to your Shopify setup. Keep the first exercise small enough that a wrong file or unexpected status is easy to recognize.
Confirm the export opens and is comfortably below the documented upload limit. Do not start onboarding with a specialized archive or a real private report; those add separate compatibility and handling questions.
Install through the official route
Open the QuickAttach Shopify listing for the intended store. Shopify's installation guide explains reviewing requested access and the privacy policy before authorization. Review any billing approval presented as well. Store permissions and compatibility can affect whether you can proceed.
Follow the documented order sequence
- Open the synthetic Shopify order and access QuickAttach from the available order workflow.
- Confirm the test customer context and email template.
- Select the intended item and attach the demonstration file or verified link.
- Review the message and any fulfillment option before sending.
- Perform the test send and inspect the resulting activity.
- Open the received message as the test recipient and verify the actual contents.
This sequence follows the public walkthrough at a workflow level. It is not a claim that specific button labels or layouts were tested in a live shop. If the interface differs, use the current in-app guidance or support instead of improvising around a consequential setting.

Expand only after the first path works
Next, test the scenarios your store needs: partial deliveries, physical items, external links, or customer-page extensions. Keep each check distinct so you can diagnose a failure. A successful first send verifies that path only; it does not establish universal format support or readiness for every product.
Deliver the right file with the right order
