Set a Quality Check Before Sending a Made-to-Order Download

Approve the contents of the exact release file before sending it. A quality check should cover the purchased brief, output format, completeness, and revision identity—not merely whether the upload succeeds.

Review the export the customer will receive

The source project can look correct while the exported PDF has clipped text, missing pages, or an old revision. The release reviewer needs to open the actual output, not just inspect the editing application or trust a filename containing “final.”

The QuickAttach workflow covers selecting and delivering a file or link. Quality approval is a separate merchant responsibility. No upload success message should be treated as a content review.

A four-part release rubric

Review areaQuestionReason to hold
Brief matchDoes this output satisfy the current purchased scope?Wrong option, customer, or accepted instruction
CompletenessAre all promised sections present?Missing page, asset, or referenced appendix
UsabilityCan the intended buyer open and use it?Unreadable export or unexplained specialist format
Release identityIs this the revision approved for this item?Draft ambiguity or unreviewed change

Adapt the content checks to the service. A visual proof needs different inspection from a spreadsheet or audio recording. The general release questions stay useful, but the reviewer must understand the deliverable.

Fictional example: a missing appendix

A shop prepares a custom storage plan for order 4309. The PDF opens normally and has the correct order reference, but its contents page promises a measurements appendix that was omitted during export. The reviewer holds the release, asks for a corrected export, and then checks the new file from beginning to end.

Renaming the original PDF would not solve the missing appendix. Nor would uploading it successfully. The quality gate catches an issue that a delivery system is not responsible for detecting.

Record a narrow, useful approval

A small team can use a second deliberate review pass when a separate reviewer is unavailable. Close the source project, reopen the exported file, and use the checklist without relying on memory. Do not claim independent review if the same person performed both tasks.

Finally, freeze the approved release identity long enough for the delivery operator to select it. If any content changes afterward, repeat the affected checks. QuickAttach’s file-size and access checks remain necessary, but they complement this review rather than replacing it.
