Send a Custom Meditation Recording to a Shopify Buyer

Send the finished recording with its version, listening instructions, and an ordinary support route. Keep the promise about the purchased audio experience, without presenting delivery or personalization as evidence of a therapeutic outcome.

Use a limited, clear production brief

For a custom relaxation or meditation recording, collect only the information needed to create the agreed audio. A preferred duration, pronunciation, or general theme may be sufficient. Avoid copying unnecessary personal details into filenames, package notes, or delivery messages.

Prepare and review the recording in your audio tools. Check that the spoken introduction matches the intended fictional or authorized brief and that no previous client's name remains in the export. Listen for abrupt edits and a complete ending. Those production checks are separate from whether the customer can download the file.

Fictional listening package

Demo order 5147 is a general “quiet evening” recording for a synthetic buyer. Its file is named 5147-quiet-evening-v01 with the actual audio extension added at export. The package contains a short listening note rather than sensitive background information or claims about health outcomes.

Your quiet-evening recording is ready. Download the audio and save it somewhere you can find again. Start playback at a comfortable volume and use the pause or stop controls whenever you prefer. If the file does not open, contact us with the order reference, device, and visible error message.

This is a communication example, not medical guidance. Do not add claims that the recording treats a condition or is appropriate for every person unless you have a separate lawful and evidence-based basis for those statements.

Prepare a demonstration test

  1. Create a harmless sample saying “This is a demonstration recording.”
  2. Export it using the intended customer format.
  3. Attach it to a synthetic order and send to a controlled test recipient.
  4. Open the delivery on a phone and a desktop where relevant.
  5. Confirm the recipient can find and play the saved file.
  6. Record any permission or playback issue before live use.

No demonstration audio or playback results are supplied here. The protocol is intended to help a merchant validate the experience without real customer information.

Make availability understandable

QuickAttach's delivery workflow can associate the finished file or external link with an order. Consult support for upload limits and access questions. Keep a separate production archive and communicate the actual availability terms; do not promise permanent access or portray download tracking as evidence that a customer completed a session.
