Separate subscription, storage, and delivery volume

The official pricing page lists the base subscription and an additional storage rate of US$1.99 per GB per month. It also states that orders and deliveries are not priced individually. That does not mean storage is unlimited or that every file size is accepted.

The Shopify listing confirms the base monthly price, seven-day trial, included 1 GB, and retention up to 365 days. These are dated public terms, not a guarantee that an older article overrides the billing screen shown to your account.

An illustrative cost expression

For a fictional store, a planning expression is US$19.80 + additional-storage charge. If the applicable billed excess were exactly one GB-month at the published rate, the arithmetic would be 19.80 + 1.99 = US$21.79. This is an illustration of the rate, not a prediction of an invoice. It does not establish rounding, daily averaging, proration, taxes, currency conversion, or charges from other services.

Use the actual billing approval and account records to understand those details. Avoid estimating charges by counting download emails; storage concerns retained bytes, while delivery volume is a separate published allowance.

Questions to answer before approval

A store with small PDFs and a store with large media packages can have similar order counts but different storage needs. Measure representative exports and keep a separate production archive. Retention up to 365 days should not be described as permanent hosting.

If public terms and the approval screen differ, resolve the discrepancy with support before relying on this example. The article explains the published components; the current approved terms govern the actual purchase.
