The sales bundle is only the starting point
A product page might promise a report, a worksheet, and a summary as one package. The resulting order could represent that package in a way that differs from the customer-facing description. Do not infer delivery slots from the number of bullets on the product page.
QuickAttach documents delivery per order item. This guide does not claim an integration with a particular bundle app. Inspect a representative test order and establish which actual items are available for association in your configuration.
Build a promise-to-item manifest
| Promised component | Actual item reference | Release artifact | Independent delivery needed? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Room assessment | Record from test order | Assessment PDF | Yes, if useful alone |
| Shopping worksheet | Record from test order | Worksheet PDF | No, if dependent on assessment |
| Summary | Record from test order | Summary or combined package | Decide before sale |
Fill the item-reference column from the real structure you observe. It is deliberately not prefilled with invented component IDs. If several promised components map to one item, decide on a supported package rather than assuming multiple attachments are available.
Example: a fictional room-refresh bundle
Order 4205 purchases a room-refresh bundle. The assessment is complete, but the shopping worksheet depends on its final recommendations. The merchant decides that the complete package will be released together because an early worksheet could be misleading. The manifest records all three promised components inside one reviewed release package.
A different store might sell those components as independent services and choose staged delivery. Both designs can be reasonable. What matters is that the order structure, customer promise, and delivery selection agree.
Validate the bundle’s edge cases
- Place a test order with only the bundle and inspect the item mapping.
- Place another with the bundle plus an unrelated custom item.
- Check whether component names remain recognizable in the delivery workflow.
- Verify the contents and labels of any combined package.
- Review how the team handles a canceled or revised component.
- Test the customer-facing result without assuming a bundle app’s admin view is the buyer’s view.
These are planned checks, not reported test results. Use the QuickAttach walkthrough for the ordinary send sequence once the mapping is established. Keep the manifest with the production record so support can explain what the bundle includes without guessing from a single generic filename.
