Package Audio Stems for a Customer-Specific Shopify Order

Deliver stems as an organized package with a track inventory and the producer’s export conventions. Verify alignment in the audio workflow and check the final archive size before choosing upload or external hosting.

Agree on what “stems” means for this job

Some buyers expect grouped mixes such as drums and vocals; others expect individual tracks. Resolve that scope before export. Also agree on whether effects are included and what the buyer needs for the next production stage. A folder named “stems” cannot communicate these choices on its own.

Use your audio production software to establish the export start point, duration, and technical settings. Then verify the resulting files in an appropriate session. QuickAttach can distribute the package but does not align audio, inspect sample rates, or repair missing tracks.

Fictional stem manifest

Demo order 5145 is an original four-part music cue. The following manifest shows the information a recipient needs; it does not claim that any WAV files were created or measured.

Package: DEMO-5145-cue-v03
Convention: all exports begin at the agreed session start
01-drums-v03.wav — grouped percussion
02-bass-v03.wav — bass part
03-harmony-v03.wav — harmonic instruments
04-lead-v03.wav — lead part
Reference mix: listed separately if purchased
Export settings: fill in from the actual production session
Known omissions: none, or list explicitly

Use the same ordering in filenames and the manifest. If silent portions are intentional, mention them so the buyer does not mistake a quiet opening for a broken export.

Check the package, not just each track

Several individually small files can create a large delivery. Measure the completed ZIP and consult the under-100-MB upload guidance. Do not assume compression will shrink audio enough to fit; use the size of the archive you actually created.

If an external link is more suitable, share only the finished package and verify access as the intended recipient. Avoid exposing an entire working session folder containing unused recordings or licensed source libraries.

Release sequence

  1. Reconcile exported stems with the agreed track list.
  2. Import the exports into an appropriate review session and inspect alignment.
  3. Check for missing endings, unintended processing, and wrong versions.
  4. Create the archive with the manifest and no unrelated materials.
  5. Extract a fresh copy and repeat the inventory check.
  6. Deliver the package with its revision and support instructions.

These are proposed quality checks. Record actual results when performed; a successful file download alone does not prove that stems are musically or technically suitable for the buyer's project.
