Define what the buyer is buying
A transcript and an audio reading may contain the same core material, while a written summary and a recording may complement each other. Describe the relationship before purchase so the customer does not expect a word-for-word transcript when only a summary is included.
Prepare both formats outside the delivery app. QuickAttach should not be described as transcribing, narrating, or generating the reading.
A format decision matrix
| Offer | Delivery structure to evaluate | Instruction |
|---|---|---|
| Customer chooses one format | Selected format against the purchased item. | State the chosen format in the message. |
| PDF and audio together | One ZIP or controlled package destination. | Explain extraction and both filenames. |
| Separate purchased components | Distinct item associations where supported. | Identify what is ready for each item. |
Do not assume multiple attachments on one item. QuickAttach documents a file or link per item; verify the actual package arrangement before advertising it.
A fictional dual-format package
DEMO-519 includes 519-reading-R1.pdf, 519-reading-R1.mp3, and a read-me. The PDF is labeled a written summary; the audio is the full spoken reading. The read-me explains that distinction and tells the buyer to save the package before opening the contents.
No predictive claim is needed to explain the format. The value of the handoff is that the buyer knows what each file contains and how to use it.
Check consistency across versions
- Confirm both outputs belong to the same order.
- Check service type and revision labels.
- Read the PDF and listen to the final audio export.
- Resolve contradictory instructions or leftover template content.
- Verify the archive extracts and both files open.
- Check total size and any external access requirements.
QuickAttach support specifies uploads under 100 MB. If the combined package is too large, use an approved external route or an agreed export adjustment. Do not silently omit one purchased format.
A correction may affect only one component. State whether the updated PDF, audio, or whole package replaces the previous version, and keep the read-me consistent. The customer should not have to compare several downloads to discover which pair belongs together.
