Do not let the order total hide separate work
A buyer may purchase different reading types, readings for different intended recipients, or several editions of the same service. Those cases need an explicit production map. A single “complete” label can conceal one unfinished or mismatched reading.
Confirm how the products are represented in Shopify. Quantity three on one item is not proof of three independent file slots. QuickAttach documents files or links per order item; verify your exact structure before selling a delivery arrangement.
A fictional three-reading map
| Item | Internal reference | Deliverable | State |
|---|---|---|---|
| Creative reflection | READ-DEMO-A | 515-A-R1.pdf | Ready |
| Monthly reflection | READ-DEMO-B | 515-B-R1.pdf | In review |
| Audio companion | READ-DEMO-C | 515-C-R1.mp3 | Ready |
All content and references are fictional. Keep personal prompts in the approved production process rather than repeating them in the delivery table.
Check recipients before packaging
If the readings concern different people, verify that the purchaser is authorized to receive them together. Do not assume the app sends to multiple recipients or provides separate access boundaries inside one archive. If separate delivery is required, establish a supported arrangement before release.
- Match each file to its production reference.
- Confirm the purchased service and intended recipient.
- Inspect each final export.
- Identify which items are ready.
- Check the customer message names only the delivered items.
Explain partial completion
Your creative reflection and audio companion for order [reference] are ready. The monthly reflection remains in review. We will update you by [date and timezone]. This message covers the two completed items only.
Use actual dates and only promise updates your team can provide. The delivery app does not generate the outstanding reading or automatically send a future edition merely because a prior item was completed.
At final handoff, make the current package easy to identify. If files are combined into an archive, include a manifest and test extraction. If delivered separately, keep names and revision labels consistent so the buyer can tell which reading belongs to which item without opening every file.
