The file name is an illustrative choice, not a guarantee that every device supports it. Test the format in the environments your service promises. If you offer an alternative format, prepare and verify it deliberately rather than merely renaming the extension.

A listening and delivery checklist

• Confirm the purchased reading type.
• Check the recording belongs to this order.
• Listen for unintended personal details or unrelated content.
• Verify the beginning, ending, and complete playback.
• Check the final file size and descriptive revision name.
• Download a test copy and open it as a customer would.

QuickAttach support specifies uploads under 100 MB. If the export exceeds that limit, choose an acceptable export setting or an approved external destination. Do not sacrifice intelligibility simply to reduce size.

Fill in the actual format and measured duration. Avoid promising instant browser playback unless that route has been verified.

QuickAttach’s listing includes audio delivery. The reading itself remains the service provider’s work, and the delivery message should not promise factual predictions or outcomes. If a corrected recording is sent later, identify the new revision and which earlier file it replaces so the buyer does not replay a stale local copy.
