Check the personal details inside the export
A greeting can be technically playable yet wrong for the customer. Confirm the spoken name, on-screen text, occasion, and intended recipient against the order brief. Review the complete video, including any intro slate and closing frame that might have come from another project.
Record whether the buyer wants a downloadable file, a link to watch, or both through an external service. If the recipient is different from the purchaser, agree on who will pass it along. Do not assume that an order delivery tool supports arbitrary additional recipients.
Prepare a harmless demonstration
Use a short video saying “Hello, Demo Viewer” for a synthetic order such as 5144. Put “training sample” on screen and use only media you own. This is a proposed fixture for testing, not a video created or played during preparation of this article.
Export a candidate MP4 using your video software, then measure its actual size. Check the file against QuickAttach's upload guidance; if it is too large, evaluate a suitable external host or adjust the export without making the greeting hard to see or hear.
Phone playback test card
| Check | Record |
|---|---|
| Open delivery email | Phone, mail app, and whether the action is visible |
| Follow download or host link | Any sign-in or permission prompt |
| Play the whole greeting | Picture, sound, orientation, and ending |
| Save if promised | Whether the recipient can locate the saved file |
| Return later | Whether the same access path still works |
Use a recipient context that does not inherit the creator's hosting permissions. A successful preview while logged in as the owner is not a meaningful customer-access test.
Tell the buyer what to expect
A concise message can say: “Your personalized greeting is ready. This link opens the delivery page; follow its download action to save your copy. If you need help, tell us your phone model and the message shown.” Adjust the wording to match the path you actually tested.
QuickAttach delivers the file or link through its order workflow. It does not promise video transcoding or streaming playback. Keep the production original and explain any availability period without promising permanent hosting.
