Keep the source inputs in the production process
Astrology services may use personal details that do not belong in email subjects, filenames, or broadly shared delivery trackers. Keep those inputs in the approved production system and use an internal project reference for the handoff.
The report owner should resolve any uncertain input before release. The delivery operator’s task is to confirm the approved report and intended order, not reconstruct or reinterpret the underlying data.
A fictional matching record
| Field | Synthetic example |
|---|---|
| Order/item | DEMO-512 / written report |
| Production reference | ASTRO-DEMO-12 |
| Output | 512-report-R1.pdf |
| Release check | Report owner verified inputs and export. |
| Personal details | Not reproduced in the delivery worksheet. |
No birth data or real customer information is needed for this demonstration. The example makes no claim that astrology predicts outcomes.
Inspect the customer-ready export
- Confirm the purchased report type and scope.
- Check that the approved production reference matches.
- Inspect chart and text legibility at normal reading size.
- Remove unrelated notes or another report’s template content.
- Verify page count and revision identity.
- Open the file from the exact source selected for delivery.
If the report contains links to external explanations or recordings, check the intended customer can use them. A link that works in the creator’s account may not work for the buyer.
Keep the delivery message modest and clear
QuickAttach’s documented flow lets the merchant attach a prepared file or link to an order and send it when ready. It does not automatically generate a report on payment.
Your written report for order [reference] is ready. The PDF is the final version identified on its cover. Please use the download button and contact [support route] if you cannot open it.
Do not put sensitive input details in that message or promise factual certainty about future events. Questions about interpretation should go to the report provider; download issues can be handled using the order reference.
If corrected inputs require a new report, label the revision and explain that it replaces the earlier file. Keep the original purchase context so support can distinguish a correction from a new reading.
Deliver the right file with the right order
